SafeEntry is the national digital check-in system that logs the NRIC/FIN and mobile numbers of visitors to public venues.
We know the importance of building and maintaining trust with our users, and the importance of being transparent about how SafeEntry collects, protects and uses your data. As such, in addition to our Privacy Statement, we will publish a Disclosure Report every six months. This report shows the number of requests that have been made to access personal data collected by SafeEntry* for law enforcement purposes.
Requests for SafeEntry Data for Law Enforcement Purposes
Only requests relating to serious criminal offences laid out in the Seventh Schedule of the COVID-19 (Temporary Measures) Act will be considered.

*Personal data collected by SafeEntry refers to the individual’s NRIC/FIN or Passport number and mobile number when he/she checks in/out using SafeEntry. These features are governed by our Terms of Use.
^The decision to publish Disclosure Reports about law enforcement requests for data from the government’s digital contact tracing tools, was announced in Parliament on 2 Feb 2021.
