This service is meant to help individuals recall if they had been at the locations visited by COVID-19 cases during the specific timings by providing them with their SafeEntry records that matched the timings of visits by the COVID-19 cases.
If the Self-Check service shows that you were at a place visited by a COVID-19 case at around the same time, you should:
- Monitor your health closely for 14 days from the date of visit,
- See a doctor promptly if you develop symptoms of acute respiratory infection (such as cough, sore throat and runny nose), as well as fever and loss of taste or smell, and
- Inform the doctor of your potential exposure
