MOH uses the contact numbers you submitted when you registered for the TraceTogether App, TraceTogether Token and/or Singpass for sending SafeEntry Location Matching SMSes.
For check-ins done via TraceTogether App, you can ensure your mobile number is accurate by viewing “Your Profile” in the app. To update your mobile number, you have to delete and reinstall the app. GovTech is working on including an edit option, for users to update their mobile numbers easily.
For check-ins done via TraceTogether Token, you can email email@example.com or call 6973 6511 (Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm, excluding public holidays) for assistance to update your mobile numbers.
You can also ensure your mobile number is accurate by viewing and updating your contact details via your “Profile” in the Singpass App.
