For TT App users, please check that:
- The TT App homescreen is displayed on your phone
- You have completed your registration, and have updated to the latest version of TT
There are also some phone models that implement a limited set of Bluetooth features and will therefore not be compatible with the SEGW.
Occasionally, the BlueTooth signal strength from the TT Token or the phone running the TT App may be weakened or blocked by physical barriers (e.g. thick phone or token casings, user’s hand), especially if the physical barriers fully conceal the device’s Bluetooth antenna.
For TT Token users, please check that there is a blinking green light that comes on about once every minute on the Token. If there is a blinking red light or no light, this means your Token is not working.
If your TT Token/App does not work with the SEGW, you may use other SE check-in methods, e.g. scanning the SE QR code with your phone or asking the operator to scan your NRIC or Token QR code.
If your TT Token is not working, you should bring it to the nearest CC for a replacement. Replacement of faulty Tokens is free.
