Please ensure that you have completed your TT App registration, your Bluetooth is turned on, the TT App is updated to version above 2.4, and the TT App screen is displayed on your phone’s home screen. In some cases, physical barriers (e.g. thick casings) might also block the Bluetooth signal.
If you are still facing issues, the device might not be compatible with the SEGW. Please complete your SE check-in by scanning the QR code on the walls/posters with the TT App instead or use a TT Token.
