If your SEGW device is not working, please call the hotline or raise the feedback at support.safeentry.gov.sg or call the hotline at 6908 8270. We will send support staff down to check and make a replacement if the SEGW device is not working. The replacement of a faulty SEGW device is free.
However, if it is assessed that there had been intentional attempts to damage the SEGW device, we reserve the right to charge you for the damaged device.
