TraceTogether Tokens and mobile phones with the latest TraceTogether App can be used to tap and check in with the SEGW.
Some mobile phone models (estimated at 6-8% of all the phones, mostly Androids) are not compatible with the SEGW. The SEGW is unable to detect them due to their different Bluetooth configurations.
