TraceTogether Tokens and mobile phones with the latest TraceTogether App can be used to tap and check in with the SEGW. Please note that the Singpass App does not work with the SEGW.
Some mobile phone models (estimated at 6-8% of all the phones, mostly Androids) are not compatible with the SEGW. The SEGW is unable to detect them due to their different Bluetooth configurations.
