If you are using SEGW mode for long hours on an Android device, please make sure you have enabled App refresh (tap on “Gateway settings” in the SEGW mode screen) to improve the app’s performance.
If you experience app crashes or scanning issues when using SEGW mode, please try one or more of these recovery methods:
- Re-start the SafeEntry (Business) app
- Switch off Wi-Fi and Bluetooth and switch them on again.
- Go to App Info/Settings -> Storage Usage -> Clear Data & Clear Cache (For Android devices only)
- Restart the mobile device.
